Please be patient though: in order to ensure that there is no mistake made with your shipping information, you may have to spell things out for us. Return Policy:
We work meticulously at ensuring you get the quality product you pay for: on rare occasions something may go wrong and you end up with a defective product. If this is the case please CONTACT US and we will correct the situation: This may include reimbursement of you're Shipping and Handling fee and your return shipment cost to us.
If you have changed your mind about the product or it's not what you want: We will gladly reimburse you, less 20 %, if the products are returned in resalable condition within 45 days. CONTACT US in order to initiate the return: We will need to know the receipt number of your order and what items you will be returning.
Returns From USA: We highly recommend using USPS, United Sates Postal Service, when sending a return. Other courier companies charge a cross border brokerage fee: We will not cover the cost of these charges.
